Maintenance and corridor monitoring work. Great view from the trail toward Buchanan Mountain. The Peter Buck Memorial pays tribute to the former NY-NJ Trail Conference member and AT volunteer who died and whose ashes were scattered on the trail in 1962. Ran into two northbound (NOBO) thru-hikers, including one from Louisville, Kentucky whose trail name is Music Man. He is featured in a May 21, 2020 New York Times story.
